Dark Star Acquisitions (Owner) is a multi-interest company, we procure and acquire properties in many areas. In relation to specific properties, we must publicly disclaim certain facts and circumstances.

In the area of artifacts and relics, we acquire our properties from estate sales, museum de-accessions, and insider deals (meaning direct purchase from our contact list). All of our artifacts and relics are authenticated where possible (meaning if an original certificate of authenticity has been lost, a generic certificate will be created in its place).

In the area of human oddities, it is legal within the United States excluding Georgia, Tennesee, and Louisianna, to sell and or own human artifacts (excluding Native American artifacts, under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act) such as but not limited to; bones, wet specimens (preserved organic matter), and preserved organs. The Owner sells these properties to interested parties (Buyer) with the assumption that the Buyer is purchasing the property for the purpose of addition to an educational collection. Owner waives all responsibilities for the intended and or unintended misuse of said properties.

In the area of rare oddities pertaining to occult and esoteric. Buyer understands that there is no known way to authenticate and prove the claim of such properties, and for this reason, Buyer understands that such properties are considered for entertainment purposes only. Owner waives all responsibilities for the intended and or unintended misuse of said properties.
