The Prospector’s Role
A Dark Star Prospector is an essential component of our sourcing strategy. Your primary task is to find real estate leads—residential, multi-unit, or commercial properties—that are prime targets for a quick acquisition. These are properties that are generally not yet listed on the MLS, often coming from:
- Homeowners facing difficult situations (e.g., divorce, pre-foreclosure, inherited property).
- Properties in need of significant repair or updating.
- Vacant or neglected homes.
You simply submit the lead information, and our dedicated acquisitions team takes over the evaluation and negotiation process, providing you with transparent communication every step of the way.
Generous Prospector Finder’s Fee
We are committed to compensating our Prospectors generously for bringing us valuable opportunities. We offer one of the most straightforward and competitive fee structures in the industry:
- For every property Dark Star Acquisitions successfully purchases based on your qualified lead, you will receive a Finder’s Fee of $2,000!
This fee is paid upon the successful closing and funding of the acquisition.
